What’s involved in creating a Country Wedding?
The rural English countryside can make for a truly unique wedding venue – giving you complete flexibility to design your wedding however you wish, without many of the usual constraints or restrictions. It’s not always however, the most simple or cheapest option – and whilst there are certainly savings that can be made along the way, there are some costs that should to be taken into account from the outset.
Below we’ve jotted down some of the types of things you might need to initially consider for your wedding in the country:
- Venue hire (Dry Hire, including insurance and water supply)
- Structure (i.e. marquee) (including lining, lighting, flooring, staging, etc.)
- Tables and chairs
- Catering tent and refrigeration
- Crockery, cutlery and glassware
- Luxury toilets
- Power supply
